Steve is responsible for overall management of the company and has over 35 years of design and management experience. in the field of architecture. He has extensive design and construction experience of parking structure projects, giving him valuable understanding of methods to create aesthetic quality and building efficiency. His embraces the opportunity to create parking solutions that are not only highly functional and efficient, but also strives to provide quality parking experiences and strong architectural designs. He is a licensed architect in multiple states and works closely with clients in all building sectors to develop high quality solutions that consider the unique challenges and opportunities of every project site.

Mr. Ian R. Waddell, P.E. - Principal

Professional Experience:

Ian has over 41 years of structural engineering, design and design-build parking experience. He is an expert parking planner with extensive experience in all portions of the parking business industry. Ian manages the firm’s business development operations and provides preliminary design solutions for many projects. Over half of Ian’s career is rooted in the construction of parking structure projects giving him a unique understanding of adding value to parking projects of all sizes and complexities, from overall design through specific detailing considerations. Ian has been involved in the delivery of over 250 parking structure projects throughout his career and is considered a premiere parking design expert.

Mr. Surendra Ramanna, P.E., S.E. - Principal

Professional Experience:

Mr.Suri is a civil and structural engineer with over 36 years of experience in the design of parking structure projects. Suri has been involved in premiere projects all over the United States and in India and Malaysia. Suri leads the development of the firm’s national and international presence and continued growth. He has strengthened the firm’s capacity and broadened the services offered by adding structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering consulting as part of a complete design solution option for our clients. Suri manages the overall integration of the firm’s allied disciplines to continue overall growth, performance and to further TRC Parkitect’s evolution as a world-class organization.

Mr.Suri is responsible for overall direction of TRC Construction Services in developing a world class organization. His involvement is primarily in mergers and acquisitions, internal growth and new client development. He keeps the company moving forward in its vision of developing into a global leader in engineering services.

Mrs. Angela Goldine - Director of Operations / Project Manager

Professional Experience:

As an Associate and Project Manager, Mrs. Goldine is responsible for the performance of all services called for on the project. Angela has over 23 years of progressively responsible project management and architectural experience involving all phases of project development. She has strong design capabilities and thorough knowledge of parking structures. She manages projects from design through design development, construction documentation, city-agency & permit approvals to construction administration.

She is an enthusiastic hard worker whose work ethic places high priority on client satisfaction, initiative, quality performance and the delivery of products on time and under budget. She is a team player with excellent computer skills and specializes in the development and coordination of parking structure design and construction documents supervising many of the production personnel in the office. Throughout this project’s development, she will play a significant roll in developing detailed construction drawings, consultant coordination, building department submittals and coordination with the contractors.

Mr. Ermias Stefanos - Senior Project Manager

Professional Experience:

As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Stefanos is responsible for the performance of all services called for on the project. Ermias has over 30 years of progressively responsible project management and architectural experience involving all phases of project development. He has strong design capabilities and thorough knowledge of parking structures. He manages projects from design through design development, construction documentation, city-agency & permit approvals to construction administration.

Ermias is a diligent worker whose work ethic places high priority on client satisfaction, initiative, quality performance and the delivery of products on time and under budget. He is a team player with excellent computer skills and specializes in the development and coordination of parking structure design and construction documents supervising many of the production personnel in the office. His knowledge of CBC, IBC and ADA guidelines combined with his excellent AutoCAD and Revit capabilities make him an invaluable member of the team. Throughout this project’s development he will play a significant role in developing detailed construction drawings, consultant coordination, building department submittals and coordination with the contractors.

Mr. Todd G. McCoy, P.E. - President, Precast Engineering

Professional Experience:

Since 1986 Mr. McCoy has enjoyed a career in the precast/prestressed concrete industry with ever increasing responsibilities. All resulting from client satisfaction. As a Project Engineer with Iowa precast concrete, then he joined H. Wilden and Associates, Inc. rising to President and CEO of HWA in 2004. Mr. McCoy later became COO of TRC Worldwide Engineering after merger with HWA.

Mr. McCoy has a proven track record of delivering quality results and meeting project schedules. He is committed to upholding the “Service, Innovation and Quality” motto that is synonymous with TRC.

Mr. Peter Everett - Vice President, Parking Planning

Professional Experience:

Mr. Everett serves as Vice President for the Parking Structures Group. His responsibilities include parking garage design and management of TRC internal design resources, management of consultant and client relationships, and coordination of communication with national, international client.

Mr. Everett has been in various aspects of the construction industry for 33 years. He has extensive experience in Precast, Steel and Concrete structures. He served at the vice presidential level of a multi-national material handling manufacturer. For the past thirteen years he has been responsible for structural and parking layouts on projects in the US and around the world. These projects exceed $500 million in construction value. The array of these projects includes; condominiums, retail super centers, office developments, industrial sites, high density multifamily housing, health care, mixed-use and more.

He views each project from the owner’s perspective, seeking the most efficient, functional and cost effective parking solutions. With this perspective, Peter has often provided solutions that other did not see. Balancing modern parking conditions with the challenges of tight urban settings, multiple users, complex structures and sustainable construction are challenges that he has previously accepted and will continue to provide for all TRC customers.

Mr. D. Linwood Schultz, P.E., S.I., - Associate, Parking Engineering

Professional Experience:

Mr. Schultz has more than 27 years experience on projects ranging in scope from government, educational facilities, healthcare, office buildings, hotels to parking garages. He has completed designs incorporating most construction materials including wood, steel, concrete, masonry and autoclaved aerated concrete. He has also completed renovation and restoration projects.

With significant field experience, he is a valuable asset in anticipating situations that might occur due to various elements of the design. His experience has enabled him to effectively manage projects while providing a high level of service to client.
