In 2017, the completion of the Community Memorial Hospital Parking Structure marked a significant milestone in the ongoing development of the hospital campus. This six-level long-span concrete frame structure, classified as an S-2 open parking garage, serves as a vital resource for the patrons of the Community Health System Office Building, providing a total of 571 parking spaces.
Beyond its utilitarian function, the parking structure also incorporates 2,000 square feet of retail space, adding to the amenities available to visitors and enhancing the overall experience of the campus. Designed to seamlessly integrate into the established campus architecture, the structure features a unique exterior facade that compliments the surrounding buildings, contributing to the cohesive aesthetic of the campus.

A key aspect of the project's success lies in its meticulous design process. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the structure was designed in Revit, allowing for multiple design solution studies, color changes, and the completion of construction documents with precision and efficiency.
