In the architectural design of the structure, a stepped-back approach was implemented at upper levels to mitigate the visual impact of the building's mass on the flat site. This thoughtful design element not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the overall harmonization with the surrounding environment.
A notable feature of the parking structure is the inclusion of a multi-lane speed ramp, facilitating efficient entry and exit on four separate levels. This strategic layout optimizes traffic flow and minimizes congestion, enhancing the user experience for visitors and employees alike.

Complementing the primary speed ramp is a secondary ramp, providing additional accessibility options for users of the facility. The incorporation of cascading exterior stairs adds a distinctive architectural touch, creating visual interest while offering alternative pathways for pedestrian circulation.
Recognizing the diverse transportation needs of users, designated spaces are allocated for vanpools, motorcycles, and electric vehicles. This reflects a commitment to promoting sustainable and inclusive mobility solutions within the community.
Safety is prioritized throughout the structure, with measures such as spandrel-to-spandrel screening implemented to provide additional fall protection. Separate entry and exit points on opposite sides of the structure further enhance safety and operational efficiency.
To ensure comprehensive fire protection, sprinkler systems are installed throughout the facility, meeting stringent safety standards and regulations. At the lowest level, users can access a range of amenities spanning 25,000 square feet, including offices, recreation facilities, a café, and restrooms, enhancing the overall user experience.
Facilitating vertical mobility within the structure are two elevator banks, strategically located to provide convenient access to different levels. This accessibility feature ensures that users of all abilities can navigate the facility with ease, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
