The structure is a post-tensioned design featuring cast-in-place (CIP) spandrels and walls. It was constructed within a deep hole on the site, optimizing space utilization. Entrances are situated on the ground level as well as on other levels via elevated bridges, facilitating convenient access.
The primary entry point is via a multi-lane, multi-level speed ramp, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Internal ramps are absent, with all parking areas designed for cars. Two primary pedestrian cores are integrated, each featuring multiple elevator banks and separate staircases for accessibility.
A dedicated internal pedestrian corridor enhances pedestrian circulation within the structure. Additionally, the building encompasses over 20,000 square feet of office and storage space at the main level, catering to various operational needs.
For security purposes, the structure includes an employee security and screening center spanning 9,065 square feet. This emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance within the facility. Furthermore, the top level is equipped with dual helipads, providing aerial access as needed.
