Completed in 2015, the Infosys Pune Campus project stands as a remarkable feat of urban architecture and engineering innovation. Situated on a tight urban site with a non-uniform shape, the project involved the construction of a cutting-edge 4-bay, 10-level garage—an ambitious endeavor that pushed the boundaries of conventional design.
One of the standout features of the project is its unique exterior cladding, meticulously designed to complement the adjacent postmodern glass and steel structures. This thoughtful integration seamlessly blends the garage into its urban surroundings while adding a touch of contemporary flair to the landscape.

Inside, the garage boasts interior express ramps—a design element that enhances accessibility and streamlines traffic flow throughout the facility. Leveraging total precast construction, the project represents a first of its kind in the Western States of India, setting a new standard for architectural innovation in the region.
To cater to the diverse needs of users, the garage features multiple entry and exit points on varying levels, along with designated parking areas for vanpools and handicapped vehicles. The lowest level of the garage serves as an employee security and screening lobby, spanning an impressive 6,300 square feet. This level also houses a café, offices, meeting rooms, and parking/transportation storage, providing a comprehensive hub for both security and amenities.
Safety and sustainability were paramount considerations throughout the project, with sprinklers installed throughout the facility to ensure comprehensive fire protection. Natural ventilation further enhances the user experience, promoting a comfortable and environmentally friendly atmosphere within the garage. Additionally, the garage incorporates many sustainable design features, reflecting Infosys' commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development.
