One of the most striking features of the structure is its international park-on ramp, boasting a 6% slope—a design element rarely seen in India. This unique feature not only enhances accessibility but also sets a new standard for parking facilities in the country.

At the lowest level of the garage, drivers will find ample high-vehicle clearance—a thoughtful inclusion that caters to a wide range of vehicles, from SUVs to trucks. This commitment to versatility ensures that all visitors can access the facility with ease.

External express ramps provide convenient access to the second level, streamlining traffic flow and minimizing congestion during peak hours. This strategic design element reflects our dedication to enhancing the user experience and optimizing operational efficiency.

Pedestrian vertical circulation is seamlessly integrated into the structure, with elevators and stairs strategically placed at diagonals to create efficient movement throughout the facility. This intuitive layout ensures that visitors can navigate the garage with ease, promoting accessibility and convenience.

Within the garage, 90° parking and two-way traffic further enhance functionality and usability, allowing for efficient use of space and minimizing traffic disruptions. This design approach maximizes capacity while maintaining a smooth flow of vehicles—a key consideration in busy urban environments.
