Designed to meet the parking needs of the Providence Center Medical Office Building, this open parking structure stands as a vital resource for patients, visitors, and staff alike, providing a total of 490 parking stalls spread across five levels.
Crafted from a post-tensioned flat-plate concrete frame with a shear wall lateral system, the parking structure embodies a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. Its sturdy construction ensures durability and stability, while the thoughtful incorporation of brick and metal panel facades enhances its visual impact, complementing the architecture of the medical building and surrounding campus buildings.

Its strategic location and meticulous design reflect a commitment to convenience, accessibility, and overall user experience—a testament to the dedication to excellence that defines the Providence Center community.
