The parking facility comprises three below-grade levels and three above-grade levels, strategically designed to minimize building mass in alignment with the low-profile corporate campus aesthetic. Emphasizing openness, the design prioritizes maximum visibility around the perimeter, with concrete spandrels painted to seamlessly blend with adjacent facilities.
Further enhancing integration with the campus, a brick entrance adds a cohesive touch, coordinating harmoniously with existing brick structures. To optimize vehicle circulation and efficiency, a "park-on" ramp facilitates central vehicle flow within the structure.
Meeting aggressive client schedules, the facility was efficiently designed and constructed. The structure ensures both durability and functionality by utilizing precast concrete columns, beams, double tees, and interior concrete shear walls.
Additionally, the color scheme was carefully selected to harmonize with local conditions, enhancing visual cohesion within the surrounding environment.
