Cottage Pueblo Parking Structure
The Pueblo Parking Structure is the first of two for the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital expansion, located at the corner of Pueblo and Castillo Streets across from the new hospital entrance. Reflecting the Spanish Colonial Revival style prevalent in Santa Barbara, this four-and-a-half-level structure includes one subterranean level and 635 parking spaces for physicians, visitors, and patients.
The lower level is reserved for physician parking, and the structure features a 1,000-square-foot deli space, as well as secured bicycle parking with washroom and shower facilities. Extensive design review ensured the project adhered to the Spanish Revival architectural elements required for all Santa Barbara projects.
