The Hoag Health Center Parking Structure is a four-level facility with 766 parking spaces, adding to a total of 2,050 spaces when combined with existing parking. Located on the medical campus of Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California, it serves patients, physicians, and employees.
Delivered via the design-build method, this Type II FR, fully sprinklered, post-tensioned concrete structure was completed on time and within budget. Nestled into a hillside, the structure features an open-air design with landscaped berming and terracing and includes custom metal awnings, decorative panels, and a curtain wall of tinted glass and metal cladding for an elegant and functional appearance.
