• Exterior shear walls with large openings create interior sight lines that are unobstructed. Designed as an open structure providing natural lighting and ventilation
• Occupancy sensors, LED lights, rainwater harvesting , top level photovoltaic are all encompassed as part of clients overall sustainability approach.
