• Parking garage is designed for motorcycles and scooter only. Over 1600 bikes will be parked on six (6) levels of flat plate parking
• Separate Entry and Exit ramps produce free and uncongested traffic patterns
• Design and construction on a narrow triangular shaped parcel of land on built out campus
• Use of this innovated design idea freed up enough land ( currently used for on grade parking) to allow IT firm to recover land and construct software development building on this picturesque and desirable campus
• Landscape design includes flower and vegetation spandrels throughout
