Delivered through the Design-Build method, the structure is composed of durable cast-in-place concrete, ensuring longevity and resilience. The project also involved the meticulous demolition of existing buildings and significant ancillary roadway and hardscape improvements, enhancing accessibility and functionality for the surrounding area.
In alignment with a future-ready infrastructure, this parking structure was designed with the capability to support a photovoltaic panel grid on the upper parking level, paving the way for potential solar energy integration.
