Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Parking Structure
The Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Parking Structure is a five-level facility providing approximately 2,500 parking spaces for both doctors and patients. Designed to meet strict height standards and sloping setbacks, it conforms to the adjacent residential community and accommodates a two-directional cross slope of 15 feet on the site. The third level features a nested reserved parking area exclusively for doctors.
Pedestrian circulation is facilitated by stairs located at all corners and the middle of the structure, along with two cores of hydraulic elevators at each end. Additionally, a pedestrian bridge connects the second level of the parking structure to the main hospital concourse and entrance across the internal access road. This thoughtful design ensures easy access and convenience for all users.
