Los Alamitos M.O.B Parking Structure
Delivered via Design-Build, the Los Alamitos Medical Office Building Parking Structure is a six-level structure that provides 1,078 parking spaces for the new adjacent medical office building. The structure is designed as part of the overall site development, creating a well-integrated solution, optimizing vehicular and pedestrian access.
The architectural character of the structure mirrors the vocabulary established by the existing medical office building and other established buildings to reinforce campus identification.
