Olen Phase III Parking Structure
Project Details:
The Olen Parking Structure is Phase III of a master planned Class A commercial office campus for Olen Properties. To minimize the mass and visual impact of the parking structure from the adjacent office buildings, the structure is designed as a flat-plate system to minimize the overall building height. Perimeter planters and landscape screening provide layering of the facades to blend the structure with the landscape. This 3-bay, flat plate post-tensioned, structure provides 430 parking stalls on three levels.
