Park Place Parking Structure #2
Park Place Parking Structure #2 is an eight-level facility with approximately 2,768 parking stalls, including two levels below grade to reduce its apparent height relative to nearby buildings. Major vehicular entrances are on three sides, and both pedestrian and vehicular access points are available on multiple levels. The design focuses on simplicity in detailing while emphasizing the vertical circulation elements of stairs and elevator cores.
Security is a top priority, with features including a ground-level architectural security screen, fully painted surfaces, and glass elevators on three sides. Natural light and open ventilation enhance visibility, while a sophisticated security system with pan, tilt, and zoom cameras links to the main security station. Durable materials were chosen for longevity and low maintenance, with class "A" painted concrete, polished stainless steel, and custom-tinted glass and metal cladding adding elegance and openness to the parking areas and public spaces.
