The Pechanga Casino Parking Structure in Temecula is a five-level, 3,200-space facility designed to ensure patrons can park quickly and move safely to the casino floors. Completed in just six months, this fast-track, design-build project was submitted for plan check in six weeks.
The long-span, poured-in-place, post-tensioned structure features exterior concrete spandrels and planters with metal detailing inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's desert architecture. Reflecting the surrounding site's fabric, the architecture embraces nature and incorporates elements representative of the native culture.
