Urban Style Flats Parking Garage
• This design-build project is a 4-level parking garage designed on a tight sight with a tight budget supporting hi-rise urban housing.
• Being adjacent to Tropicana Field (Home of the Tampa Bay Rays) the construction had to take place between seasons since existing surface parking was displaced and adjacent lots were “off limits” during game days.
• Structural Precast spandrels with integral architectural patterns complement existing residential building.
• Painted recesses in the shear walls and columns added further architectural elements of existing building.
• Fencing and gates provided at the ground floor for occupant security and privacy
